A humble servant of surveillance obediently monitors the activity in the prison enclosure. Track the path and life lessons of a young drone fumbling to do right by her lineage. FLY AWAY WITH ME is a collaboration between co-directors Maude Matton, Amina Mohamed and Nikki Shaffeeullah. Based in Toronto and Montreal, they are a queer, multiracial collective of artists/activists with backgrounds in film, theatre, DJing, community organizing, and community-engaged arts, and a shared investment in the abolition of the prison industrial complex. – Celia Pouzet
